IDCI is the business and development consulting firm of the Institute for Autonomy and Governance, Inc., (est. 2001) based in Cotabato City, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Philippines. It caters to the need and demand of business and development firms for investment studies, business and development solutions, inquiries and implementation to set up, expand and consolidate business opportunities in Mindanao and the newly established Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). As a homegrown think tank with strong national and international linkages, IAG is credited for helping raise the bar of regional and local public policymaking to international standards even as it maintains sensitivity to the complexities and peculiarities of local settings, earning the trust and respect of a broad range of stakeholders.
